When International Falls native and alumnus Jason Hardwig first enrolled at Minnesota North College – Rainy River Campus, previously known as Rainy River Community College, he didn’t have his sights set on pursuing art.

GRAND RAPIDS — An event at Minnesota North College-Itasca will highlight banned books as part of Banned Books Week, Oct. 5-11. The American Library Association and Amnesty International declared the week “at a time when free speech and free expression seem more directly under fire than ever,” a news release from the college stated.
A Minnesota Education Fair for all high school students and their guardians will be held at the Minnesota North College – Hibbing Campus on September 18th 9:00 – 10:30 AM.
