Minnesota North College – Hibbing features on-campus apartment-style housing.

Housing rates are $2,220 for a double room/semester, and $3,020 for a single room/semester.

Great Apartments

Each apartment is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite, furnished with beds, desks, dressers, book shelves, and walk-in closets. You and your roommate(s) will enjoy the large kitchen/living room commons area which includes a couch, chairs, and tables.
