The Business Operations and Management program will give you the skills and knowledge to be proficient in the latest business software applications, business concepts, and business operations. Students will learn presentation, problem-solving, customer service, and team-building skills that are vital in today’s workplace.

Small class sizes help students get to know each other through weekly discussion boards, so your classmates are there for you too. During the program, you will receive hands-on training in keyboarding skills and the most current version of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as QuickBooks accounting software.
