By Molly Hiipakka, United Way On May 8th, students from Minnesota North, Itasca Campus, took action to combat food insecurity in Itasca County. During their spring carnival, over two dozen students teamed up with United Way of 1000 Lakes to pack 660 pounds of culturally relevant food for local families in need.
Minnesota North College is proud to announce the graduation of the Class of 2025. Ceremonies will be held throughout May across the college’s six campuses.
Minnesota North College will launch five new career programs in Fall 2025 to meet regional employment demands in northeastern Minnesota. These programs build student skills and place graduates directly into good-paying jobs that are available now.
The North American Bear Center in Ely called on Minnesota North Natural Resources Technology (NRT) students to assist with hazard fuel reduction in the woodlands surrounding the facility.
