Program Features

Completely online courses

The courses in this program are offered completely online, which helps to fit continuing your education into your work and family life. Each course is structured with assignment deadlines, but you have the flexibility to do the work on your time schedule – whether its 3 pm or 3 am. If you have questions or need help with an assignment, the instructor is only an email away and can meet with you via phone, Skype, or in person. So don’t worry, you won’t be alone.

Hands-on training and small group learning

Small class sizes help students get to know each other through weekly discussion boards, so your classmates are there for you too. During the program, you will receive hands-on training in keyboarding skills, and the most current version of the Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as QuickBooks accounting software.

An array of options

Graduates of the Business Operations & Management program can find employment in business of all types and sizes: non-profit organizations, government agencies, insurance agencies, banks, manufacturing firms, educational institutions, and healthcare.
