Program Overview
The Biology Transfer Pathway provides students with a broad introduction to the biological sciences. In the first year, students complete a 2-semester general biology course sequence that is inquiry based with hands-on laboratory work. The second year of the transfer pathway allows students to explore specific topics such as genetics, ecology, and microbiology in greater depth. This pathway prepares students to continue into a variety of fields such as professional healthcare, pharmacy, environmental science, bioengineering, and many more.
