    Minnesota North College is seeking to fill a permanent, full-time (1.0 FTE) Director of Marketing & Communications (MnSCU Academic Professional 3) position. The Director of Marketing & Communications for Minnesota North College (Minnesota North) provides college-wide leadership in researching, developing and monitoring integrated marketing and communications strategies for internal and external audiences focused on increasing the College’s brand awareness in area communities. The director manages marketing and communication with staff, vendors, projects and systems. The Director of Marketing & Communications reports to the Executive Director of Advancement, and in addition, this position will have accountability to the full Leadership and Executive Leadership teams and their respective functional units/campuses, as well as the President’s Office. This position will also work in partnership with the Associate Vice-President of
    Student Affairs and the Director of Admissions to support enrollment, marketing, and recruitment activities.

    This position requires occasional evening and weekend work, travel to Minnesota North College campuses and periodic overnight travel.

    Minnesota North College – Hibbing Campus is seeking a to fill the permanent, part-time (.75% FTE) position of Foundation Director (MnSCU Academic Professional 1). The Foundation Director position is responsible for managing and supporting the organization and operation of the Hibbing College Foundation. The Foundation Director will also assist with various aspects of financial aid, such as scholarships, report-ing, making awards, and providing customer service support to students and their families.

    This position will work Monday – Friday, 30 hours per week.
