Student Clubs & Organizations provide an opportunity for students to get involved on campus, develop connections with fellow students, and gain leadership experience, while enriching the college experience for all students.

Student Clubs & Organizations are open to all students except where otherwise noted. If you would like to get involved, contact the Club Advisor for more information.

CRU LogoCRU is an interdenominational, student-led, Christian organization open to any student enrolled at Hibbing who has an active interest in learning about God and His plan for their life. CRU provides group setting opportunities to study and discuss the Bible in real and relevant ways with an open respect towards all thoughts and opinions shared. CRU provides students with an opportunity for fellowship, prayer, encouragement, and spiritual development.

The Drama Club aims to raise a thriving theater community and to further the influence that theater has on the Iron Range. Hibbing Gaming Club would like to invite all students that are interested in gaming.

The Hibbing Gender-Sexuality Alliance (Hibbing GSA) aims to create a safe & welcoming community for those who may be LGBTQ+, questioning, and/or supporting. The goals of the club are having fun, while promote community awareness and participating in educational field trips. We provide the community with a Safe Walk for kids during Halloween and raise funds to support the over 400 kids that attend the event.

The club holds monthly meetings/gatherings that are either informational, participating in game night or movie and a pizza.

The Law Enforcement Club is restricted to students who are registered in the Law Enforcement Program.

To join the club, the cost is $10 and you receive a LE Club patch. Contact the Club Advisor, Mr. Kovacic, at 218-262-7271 for more information.

Multicultural Club is a place to connect, feel included and to create inclusion for all of our diverse students. It is about visiting, building friendships and creating a climate of respect, sensitivity and awareness. Activities include potlucks, annual “world flags” celebrations, outings and more!

The purpose of this group is to build a peer community for student parents connect on issues related to balancing schoolwork and personal aspirations with family responsibilities. The group will also manage the Parent Lab, the new family friendly student area, where the group can host play groups, organize baby/kids clothes exchanges, book exchanges, toy and furniture exchanges, etc.

Phi Theta Kappa logoThe National Honors Society for community college students, Phi Theta Kappa, recognizes students who maintain a high academic standing and who have demonstrated leadership and service learning in the college and community.

  • Students who have maintained a 3.35 GPA after earning 12 credits are invited to become members.

The Student Nurses Association welcomes all pre-nursing and nursing students as members. The group fosters professional development for future nurses. Opportunities for leadership roles and educational events are provided. The club also contributes to various non-profit organizations in the community through fund-raising and volunteer efforts. Group members hold social events for students to help relax and re-energize throughout the semester.

Student Senate - Star CampusThe Student Senate is responsible for coordinating social life at the college, and presenting student concerns to the administration. Along with other student committees, the Senate provides opportunities for student involvement on campus.
